Applicable Scope
Suitable for lubricating cylinders and crankcases of four-stroke marine diesel engines with sulfur content below 3.0%.
Application Case
Real ship tests have been conducted on the MAN 16V52/55A/SET models, with a test duration of 3000 hours. Pistons, piston rings, and exhaust ports remain clean with minimal carbon deposits; cylinder liners and piston rings exhibit good cleanliness, low wear on cylinder liners, piston rings, and cam systems, meeting the quality standards of similar foreign products. Excellent water resistance, stable alkalinity reduction. Proven to be suitable for high-power diesel engines burning high sulfur fuel.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging, labeling, transportation, storage, and delivery acceptance follow the SH 0164 standard.
- Packaged in 200L drums, net weight of 170 ± 2 kg, can be customized and shipped according to customer requirements.
Precautions
- Clear labeling is required during transportation to prevent confusion with other types of petroleum products.
- Storage containers must be dedicated, ideally stored indoors or in a climate-controlled environment, ensuring they are waterproof, moisture-proof, and protected from mechanical impurities.
- Select oil products with appropriate quality and viscosity levels according to equipment oil requirements, and do not mix different types of marine medium-speed trunk piston diesel engine oils.
- Before use, carefully clean and inspect all containers, oil tanks, pipelines, valves, etc., to prevent contamination.
