Your emails will be answered Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Beijing Time, CST). Requests received outside these hours will be answered on the next business day.

Our Return Philosophy
We strive to make returns as straightforward as possible. Our goal is to provide the best products and service. We understand that circumstances change, and our objective is to ensure the return and exchange process is quick, easy, and hassle-free.

Return Policy by Product Category

1. Lubricants, Oils, and Fluids
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be unopened and in 'like new' condition.

  • You must contact us by phone or email to obtain a return authorization.

  • A 50% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

2. Pumps and Equipment

  • All pumps and equipment are sold “as is”.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted.

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses worldwide. Please note that restrictions apply to some products, and certain items cannot be shipped internationally. Additionally, aerosol products can only be shipped via ground transportation.

Shipping Estimates & Delivery
When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on product availability and your chosen shipping method.

Important Notice
Title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please note that all shipping dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipment.
