Product Description
Klüberplex BEM 41-132 is composed of synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil, and special lithium soap. Specialty additives ensure that the lubricant offers optimal performance in terms of oxidation protection, wear resistance, and corrosion protection.
Product Applications
Klüberplex BEM 41-132 can be used for long-term or lifetime lubrication of rolling bearings operating at temperatures between 70°C and 110°C. It is suitable for rolling bearings with a high coefficient of sliding friction, such as:
- Tapered roller bearings
- Cylindrical roller bearings
- Spherical roller bearings
Or
Lifetime lubrication of deep groove ball bearings and rolling bearings, for example, in:
- Paper machines (drying section)
- Textile machines (drying section)
- Electric motors
- Hot air fans
- Dryers
- Air separators in the base material industry
- Generators in wind power plants
Or
Rolling bearings in vehicle components, such as:
- Clutch bearings
- Generator bearings
- Pump bearings
- Fluid fan bearings
Usage Precautions
Klüberplex BEM 41-132 can be applied using a brush, spatula, or grease gun. For use with automatic lubrication systems, the pumping capacity must be checked in advance. It is advisable to test the compatibility of the lubricant with materials before mass production.
