Product Description
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a long-life synthetic grease with good low-temperature performance. It has excellent load-carrying capacity, ensuring smooth operation even at high speeds and under high acceleration.
The special calcium soap thickener provides good adhesion and resistance to external media, effectively protecting components.
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 contains additives that enhance its anti-wear capabilities.
Product Applications
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is suitable for high-speed sliding and rolling bearings and can also be used in high-load small gears. Due to its good compatibility with plastic components, this grease can be utilized in friction points involving plastic/plastic or metal/plastic combinations. The low starting torque and excellent anti-wear performance make this grease an ideal choice for long-lasting lubrication of linear guides and ball screws, such as those found in conveyor systems and automated equipment.
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 also has numerous applications in automotive components, such as lifetime lubrication of seat rails. The product remains effective at friction points even under peak temperatures of up to 180°C, providing reliable lubrication. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for components that must be lubricated before painting and drying. This ensures that even after a short period of heat treatment, the components maintain stable and reliable lubrication.
Usage Precautions
This grease can be applied using tools such as spatulas, brushes, or grease guns. If using an automatic lubrication system, the pumping performance of the system must be checked.
Please note that:ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 appears light green under ultraviolet light. This does not affect the performance of the grease.
