Multipurpose High-Performance Lubricant:
MICROLUBE GB0 is a specialized mineral oil-based lubricant. It has a high pressure absorption capacity and provides excellent wear and corrosion protection, demonstrating good wetting properties and water resistance.
Precautions:
Lubrication with MICROLUBE GB0 can be performed using a brush, spatula, grease gun, or central lubrication system. When the circumferential speed of the gears exceeds 3 meters/second, immersion lubrication is feasible, or lubrication can be done through dripping.
Operating Temperature Range:
Central lubrication or dripping lubrication: approximately -20 to 90°C
Immersion lubrication: 0 to 100°C
The effective temperature of the lubricant film can reach down to -25°C
The thermal load capacity of the lubricant film depends on re-lubrication and can reach up to 150°C
The indicated temperatures are approximate values and depend on the lubricant composition, application, and method of use.
