M-K4001 Ice Wheel Special Refrigeration Compressor Oil is developed by Yantai Binglun Co., Ltd. in collaboration with China Petroleum Lubricant Research Institute and China Petroleum Karamay Lubricant Factory based on the specific characteristics of ice wheel refrigeration equipment.
It is a type of mineral-based specialized refrigeration compressor oil product with suitable kinematic viscosity. The oil forms a high-strength film under high-temperature operating conditions even when mixed with refrigerants. It carries away debris and frictional heat from the friction surface, cleaning it and maintaining the temperature within an acceptable range to prolong the life of the refrigeration compressor.
It has a lower pour point and excellent low-temperature performance to prevent the formation of particulates at low temperatures, avoiding expansion valve or filter clogging. Excellent low-temperature performance ensures that the oil does not condense in low-temperature components of the refrigeration system, such as evaporators, while maintaining good flowability, meeting the requirements for the system to transition freely from high to low-temperature working areas.
With higher thermal-chemical stability, the oil does not undergo chemical reactions or deposit carbon and other decomposition products in the high-temperature exhaust areas of the compressor during the constant high and low-temperature changes and contact with various machine components.
Good oxidation stability slows down oil deterioration during use, extending the oil change period of the refrigeration compressor and reducing maintenance costs.
It provides efficient sealing with an excellent viscosity curve, ensuring that the parts requiring sealing in the refrigeration compressor are always properly lubricated, preventing refrigerant leakage during compression and increasing the efficiency of the compressor.
Having lower compatibility, the lower the solubility of the refrigeration compressor oil with the refrigerant, the lower the amount of refrigeration compressor oil in the gas treated by the oil separator, resulting in less refrigeration compressor oil entering the entire system and thus higher system efficiency.
